• What file types do you accept?

  We accept a range of file formats such as, TIFF, JPEG, GIF, PNG or any PDF compatible files. Our maximum file size to upload is 100MB.

• Do you create designs?

  Yes we do, the cost for design varies depending on complexity. To find out more please submit a design quote. And we will get back to you shortly.

• Do you print in RGB or CMYK?

  We print in CMYK, therefore when designing Artworks recommend designing using CMYK to ensure there is no error in the print.

• What are trims/bleeds/safety margins?

  These are all parameters you should adhere to when designing to assure your design is printed correctly. Please refer to our full guide on how to design accordingly following the guidelines for safety margins and bleeds.

• How long does it take to complete my order?

  Orders vary depending on complexity and quantity. We aim to complete our orders within 3 working days unless the express delivery option is selected.
